How long does it take for an order to arrive?


We know a quick delivery is important to you and we work hard to provide it. All our product are shipped from overseas suppliers and are normally shipped within 72 hours. Once shipped, your order will arrive approximately within 12 to 60 business days for United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, for other countries can take up longer, depending on how fast customs clearances takes place and due to having multiple warehouses overseas. The delivery time is estimated only, we do not have any control over shipping carrier performance. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

Blue Little Mouse is not responsible for international shipping delays, such as customs delays and is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes fees (if the package is shipped back because the customs payment was not paid we are not able to refund your order).  We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier and all duties/fees incurred on the shipment.
